I had my car towed to the dealership on Saturday because it wouldn’t start, had to keep calling to get updates on what was wrong, finally got an update on Tuesday letting me know that I needed a starter whi it wouldn’t start, had to keep calling to get updates on what was wrong, finally got an update on Tuesday letting me know that I needed a starter which the part wasn’t in stock and I was told it may not be in stock for 1 to 2 weeks. My car is my only means of transportation so that wasn’t going to work for me so I had to have the car towed somewhere else and the work was done, very disappointing that I had to pay $99 dollars for the diagnostics test I’ve bought all three of my cars from family Hyundai not sure if I will buy from them again, didn’t really feel like family to me.
