I called to get a tire service for my daughter car. Told no open appointment till may. But if you drop it off they will try to get it in. They will have a porter Thales me home. I was told by the service manager it would be ok. They accepted the car . Then they tell me no porter is available. So I am stuck there. Across three cars we spent over $3000 dollars I feel this is not the way to treat a customer. Would you have preferred us to wait until may? More

I've been dealing with my android auto not connecting to my phone for the past year. I've gone several times to Family Hyundai they said it must be the wrong cable I'm using. I scheduled my 4th visit to get this checked out. When I arrived the. Family Hyundai asked how did you schedule this appointment? I said through the blue link application. He said well the app doesn't know how busy we are. We won't be able to see your car, you have to call us for an appointment. I said well why would the app have access to your scheduling? He said I don't know but that's. Hyundai/blue link thing they don't know how busy we are in the delaer.. so I asked well can you guys check out the malfunction? He went to go ask his manager that said okay we'll get it to just wait here . I can't wait all day at a dealer... How is this my fault? Terrible terrible service...I decided to schedule an actual appoint for a month. This family Hyundai service is terrible!!! I should probably switch to get another car. It's great how they took my money for the car and warranty but won't fix it!!! Terrible terrible service don't come here for service . Because it's always the clients fault not their own. Poor them . I will be switching vehicles soon not to deal with this... Just sad sad service. More
