Person I spoke to for scheduling said recall appointment would take 30 minutes. Service manager first couldn’t find the vehicle in the system, then said there were 5 recalls not 1, then said it takes 30 min would take 30 minutes. Service manager first couldn’t find the vehicle in the system, then said there were 5 recalls not 1, then said it takes 30 minutes just to get checked in and assigned to a tech. Said I was looking at least 90 minutes. Only good part of the experience was Frank the porter who drove me to work and picked me up when car was ready. Oh and the service manager was mistaken, only 1 recall after all. But still took 2 hours. More
