Came in for oil change, I didn't make an appointment so I was prepared to wait in hopes my vehicle was able to get serviced which is included in my purchase contract. I was told there were a few no shows so was prepared to wait in hopes my vehicle was able to get serviced which is included in my purchase contract. I thanked the service advisor and went to my vehicle and noticed all my settings were messed up the clock was all wrong driving setting all changed nothing was the same as it was when I pulled into service bay and handed keys to service advisor. I went back in to question as to why all my settings were off and was told "we didn't do it we just did an oil change maybe it's electrical we can just reset your clock. I explained that I can change my clock back I just wanted an explanation for my understanding why all my setting were off after a simple oil change took place. The service advisor was rather short and rude and told me to talk to the service manager . I walked back in to service bay area asked to speak with service manager explained the situation to him and he said the same " we didn't do anything" I again explained I wasn't accusing anyone of anything I just wanted understanding as to how all my settings could change. Service manager ask me where I purchased the vehicle I stated I don't see what that has to do anything mind you this was my 3rd service at Family this was the only place I take my vehicle to for service. Service manager than was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me not to bring my vehicle there again take it to where I purchased it and walked away. I asked him for his name and he stated " I'll give you my card" as he did. I than went to the billing area and requested to speak with service manager boss and was told he was not in at the moment, I left my information and requested for him to contact me. It has been a few days now and I have not had the opportunity to speak with him. I am very disappointed the the treatment I received, my daughter is currently in the market for purchasing a vehicle however based on the treatment I received she most definitely will not be purchasing a vehicle from Family Hyundai. I have also spoken to numerous associates about this matter and the highly unprofessional and down right disrespectful treatment I received, they too have decided to exclude Family Hyundai for future car purchase.
