I'm In Shock last Thursday went back in after having my Oil Changed by them Was having a issue w/ front driver's door. They ordered a switch it took 15 days I finally called them initially she said 3 days Oil Changed by them Was having a issue w/ front driver's door. I get there a Gentleman said pull up behind the White Odyssey. I did so , but I was waiting for Crystal to get off the phone .Immediately she sees me she said I'll take it from here . Mind you the "Temporary Fix " wasn't fixed on April 26th. Or March 10th with the part theyorder for the door. I LEFT CALLED BACK 20 MINUTES LATER ...PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED DISPLAY STILL INDICATING FRONT DRIVER'S DOOR IS OPEN. NOW MYSTERIOUSLY the Display is Now saying the Gas Tank Door is Open!!! Really so I pull over INSTANTLY I KNEW THIS WASN'T MY FUEL TANK DOOR IT HAD BEEN ""SWITCHED "" THE ENTIRE FUEL TANK HAS BEEN CHANGED OUT to Some Dirty Disgusting Old Relic Gas Tank I'm Soooooooo Shocked & Upset. I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR 2 YRS & 3 MONTHS. I had a Temporary Plate on the Car my Plates were Stolen . Just came in the Mail Yesterday. I believe The Person who is responsible Thought I had just Bought My Hyundai Sonata 2014 from Someone else. Family Hundai Tinley Park is the Only person to ever Service my Car .He thought he Could get Away with this. Absolutely Not.!!!! I left a Voicemail Yesterday Morning they still haven't Called me Back...Maybe you will or I'll make a Police Report & take it from Here.March 17th 2022. More
First appointment I made with them was for an oil change and gas door not opening on my brand new car. First opening they could give me was 2 MONTHS out!
