I was very disappointed in the service I received on 1 August. I had scheduled an oil change at 2:00 pm. I sat in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours — 2-1/2 hours. I finally went to the person who took my August. I had scheduled an oil change at 2:00 pm. I sat in the waiting room for 2-1/2 hours — 2-1/2 hours. I finally went to the person who took my car in. He had been at lunch and the ‘ticket’ was in the completed pile, but no one notified me. I wonder if I hadn’t gone in search of him if I’d still be waiting. This is the first time I encountered poor service at this dealership. I hope it doesn’t happen again. More

I decided convenience would better suit my situation and had my vehicle serviced at a different Hyundai dealership. Never again! Family Hyundai has always give above and beyond. If you have any issues with your Hyundai take it to Family Hyundai. The engine of my vehicle needed to be replaced due to neglect of service from the OTHER dealership. Because of this neglect from the other dealership, my exhaust had to be replaced as well. My service advisor, Mike, made certain that the job was completed to almost brand new. When I picked up my vehicle it felt like I was driving it of the showroom floor again! Thank you Family Hyundai for going above and beyond to service and return my vehicle in ALMOST NEW condition. Thank you for taking the time to make certain everything was in working condition. Your attrition to detail and quality service is what will keep me coming back.
