Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. They promised to service my car in one day. I was fine leaving my car for a day and pick it up the next day. The next day came around and I never received a call. When I called the service desk they kept transferring my call until I received a voicemail. Then I never got my call returned. The day after that I went into the dealership, and kept getting the run around about my car. I asked to speak to a manager and when the associate when to grab the manager, the manager said tell him it's not ready and that's the best answer he will get. When I came back the next day, the associate was being rude and kept giving me attitude about my car not being ready. It has now been SEVEN DAYS, since I dropped off my car. Never once did I get a call about an update. I went to go get my car, because at this point I'd rather drive a car that hasn't been serviced then deal with them again. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE AND DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE. More

Your dealership denied me a defective/recall on the motor of my car. It doesn’t matter if I’m the second owner or not, the warranty should still apply and the defective motor should be replaced with a new on of my car.
