I pulled up to the dealership for service. I waited I'm my car, but no one came over. I got out off car and waited by the service desk for assistance. Several employees walked by, but no one addressed me. Finally after about 5 minutes of standing at the desk, someone asked me what I needed. When I told him i was there for service, he directed me back to my car, and told me someone would be over to assist me. I went back to my car and waited. Finally someone approached my car to help. I told the tech i was there for my 11am appointment. It was about 11:15am at this point. The tech told me it would take about 1.5 hours to service my car. I asked for a ride home, but no one was available to take me. I wait in the waiting area. After 30 minutes i noticed my car was still sitting outside. At this point, it's 45 minutes past my appointment time. I spoke with my service rep to inform her that my car was still sitting outside. She immediately went to see what was going on. My car was then pulled into the garage for service. I expressed my dissatisfaction to my service rep. She was very apologetic, and promised my car would be taken care of right away. She did everything she could to make the rest of my visit a good visit. My car was ready not too long after they pulled it to the back. The Genesis brand prides itself on luxury and service. I've seen several Genesis videos which focus on the great service I should expect to have as a Genesis owner. I hope I have the positive experience seen in these videos the next time i need service. More
