I decided convenience would better suit my situation and had my vehicle serviced at a different Hyundai dealership. Never again! Family Hyundai has always give above and beyond. If you have any issues with your Hyundai take it to Family Hyundai. The engine of my vehicle needed to be replaced due to neglect of service from the OTHER dealership. Because of this neglect from the other dealership, my exhaust had to be replaced as well. My service advisor, Mike, made certain that the job was completed to almost brand new. When I picked up my vehicle it felt like I was driving it of the showroom floor again! Thank you Family Hyundai for going above and beyond to service and return my vehicle in ALMOST NEW condition. Thank you for taking the time to make certain everything was in working condition. Your attrition to detail and quality service is what will keep me coming back. It took their service department 4 weeks to even look or diagnosis a towed in vehicle under warranty which is unacceptable. Almost all communication had to be initiated by customer.
