The service manager Mike is so unbearably unprofessional it's disgusting. Our car is under warranty so we were forced to have it towed here. It sat for 2 weeks before anyone even looked at it because they'r it's disgusting. Our car is under warranty so we were forced to have it towed here. It sat for 2 weeks before anyone even looked at it because they're "busy" and could not provide us with a rental. When we found out the issue and asked questions about why such a high price, Mike got snotty and childish. After the phone call ended, Mike specifically called back to tell us he will "get to our car when he feels like it because of my husband's attitude." I have never met anyone so unprofessional and petty in my life and he is the reason we will never go back or recommend this dealer. More

The service was terrible, they took over 3 months to fix my car and they tried to give it back to me with problems.
