Overall I have negative experiences with this dealer. I took my car to a different Hyundai dealership after family Hyundai found a problem with my car. Horrible customer service and responsibility! I bought my car from that dealership four years ago and have been having nothing but issues dealing with them. I bought a genesis throught them as th I bought my car from that dealership four years ago and have been having nothing but issues dealing with them. I bought a genesis throught them as they used to be a genesis dealer. But now they are no longer a genesis dealership and do not do maintenance. I have to drive 30 miles from my house now. While they were a genesis dealership I have brought in my car for the same issue multiple times but have never fixed it saying they do not see an issue. I have brought in pictures of instances of the issue but they refused to change it. I have a package with the dealership to get my car ceramic coated once a year. I had to call multiple times just to schedule my appointment. That is just ridiculous to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment they took pictures of my car and took the car. Once I came back to pick the car up, I noticed a huge gash on my tire and damage on my rim. I went to the service sales representatives and they asked me to come back the following day to speak with the rep who took my car in. I had to come in two days later and was only told they could not tell if it was there before or after I brought it in. They even told me that more than likely they did not do it. So I asked for the manager of the dealership to call me and set up a time to show me the video but have not been contacted for more than 30 days. Just bad customer service and will never buy a car through them again. I will be spreading the word of the experiences that I have had. More
