I do love my 2018 Hyundai and the sale service at that time, but this review is solely about the service department. Whether it’s a scheduled oil change or walk-in, the service center always has us waitin time, but this review is solely about the service department. Always tons of sailspersons walking around doing nothing, but never enough staff to take care of the cars once they’re sold. Everyone is always kind and friendly, but I’m just tired of waiting months for an oil change just to sit there for hours, and you can’t even book online anymore. My husband brought in my car as a walk-in knowing the front brake pads/rotars needed repair. Instead they tried to upcharge for a diagnostic fee, forgot he stayed waiting after he had worked a night shift and staff went on break, and offered a few dollars off for having him wait over 4 hours (they also did the oil change they told me they couldn’t do for 3 months). My brother constantly has the same issues and has to fight to get a loaner car while they spend hours doing an oil change because they’re so backed up. The warrantees SOUND great, but expect the maintenance to cost you all your time. More
