So I drive 45 minutes to show up to get an oil change and only able to get service after talking to a manager who seemed like he didn’t care to be there. Wouldn’t even turn around to talk to me and was very rude in our interaction. I will not be buying my next car from this dealership More

My car was burning oil so I was advised to do and “engine soak” to help fix the issue (which cost me $400). Not only did it not help the matter but my car is now burning oil at almost twice the rate as befor soak” to help fix the issue (which cost me $400). I’m the original owner and I know Hyundai was replacing engines with this type of issue. But they simply told me sorry there’s nothing they can do for me. I was very pleased with Hyundai prior to this and was going to purchase my next car with them, but after this I’ll never do business with Hyundai again. More
