This dealership has one of the best service departments on the southside. Although they are extremely busy every time I visit, they find a way to get my service done and do it with a smile. Everyone that works there is super nice and goes the extra mile to ensure you leave with a smile. I can't thank the staff and management enough for the last 3 years of exceptional service. A special thanks to Michael K the service manager for always looking out for the customers vehicles. This is my 3rd Hyundai , and I would only buy and service my Hyundai with Family. The worst experience I've ever had. Told them what the problem was and sold me a battery I did not need. After picking my car up it would still not start. After another day they said they replaced the starter.. which is what I told them it was in the first place. Absolutely horrible and I'll never return. I'm filing a complaint with HMA. More
