I have never been so poorly taken care of at any establishment. From beginning to end, the disregard shown by Family Hyundai service employees was enough to make you screen. I’ll be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau to get money back that was stolen from me (I was charged for a rental by Family Hyundai even after I was told they don’t provide loaners. This was a lie I discovered later as I saw other customers able to get them). The charge from family Hyundai to my warranty caused me to be unable to get reimbursed for my actual rental. So I had to pay for my rental myself and family Hyundai lied and took my money. Disgusting More

This dealership has one of the best service departments on the southside. Although they are extremely busy every time I visit, they find a way to get my service done and do it with a smile.
