The website sucks and i was not able to schedule an appt. I called service several times and the automated msg said something along the lines of not being able to answer my call and to leave a msg which i did. Never received a call back. I had to go to dealer to make appt. Thats ridiculous More

I came on Saturday Dec 17th for an oil change. I was there pass closing apt was at 1:30 pm cst. They did not give me the inspection sheet, so therefore, they did not inspect my car. This whole experience has given me trust issues, and that’s not a good feeling to have at all especially when your car care is in the hands of someone else. I came with no lights on my dashboard I left with the airbag light on. I had to wait til Monday to call in to talk to service manager Eric to inform him of my experience and the light that should of never been on just by going an oil change. He had an disposition as if he could careless ask when I could come in for them to take a look. I work Monday through Friday, this was an very inconvenience I told him Thursday Dec 22nd is my late day, I could come in before work. I get there’s never no one ever to greet you and this is not the first time, every time I come have to stand and look and wait for someone to acknowledge me. Never did Eric come out to address me, no one apologized for their tech doing an half job on my car for the inconvenience nothing. I have to be at work at 11am cst I stressed that got there a 5 mins after 9 am cst did not leave until 30 mins before I have to be at work, I don’t work in Tinley Park no where near it and I want corporate number I do not care for the lack of professionalism. I don’t say much but this time was just unacceptable! More
