Tried to set up appointment with Tom Salin for an oil change and was told appointments are booked up to two months. Being a regular customer with him for years he asked me to drive in at a certain time change and was told appointments are booked up to two months. Being a regular customer with him for years he asked me to drive in at a certain time and have me shuttled home till the car was ready. Being so busy there I was shocked to get a call an hour and a half later telling me my car was ready and that he was sending a shuttle to pick me back up. I was able to get other things done that I needed to do that day! Thank you Tom! More

Their service center does not accommodate working people. To get the latest appointment (4:30) I have to wait 2 months just for an oil change. But I get a feeling they just took care of the pil change and recall due to the tome of the night. When I bought the car, I mentioned that I was not happy about the service hours and that they would not work with my work schedule. But I was told not to worry because they have loaners available. When I first tried to get my service completed, got there and there was not a loner car as promised. I waited 2hours to pay the remainder of my down payment. I called to see if my car was done and was told it would be another day. I called the next day around the time the car was supposed to be finished and was told someone was on the way to my home with the vehicle. After waiting 2 hours I called to be transferred, only to wait on the line for 10 minutes and was hung up on. When I picked up the car that was there for a protection treatment, I noticed paint on the taillight and when returned home I noticed some paint or some other substance on the passenger side windshield. The lack of communication around the status of my repairs was very frustrating. I was told to call first thing in the morning to get a loaner. I tried calling for over 2 hours with no response.
