The service reps that I spoke with about my car were rude and dismissive when they could not locate my car on the lot for a tow truck to pick it up. When I called to set up an appointment I told the person my issue, a timing belt change and a water pump change. I asked for an approximate cost and was told about six hundred dollars, and there would be no my issue, a timing belt change and a water pump change. I agreed and set up the appointment.well I was charged for the water pump install . When I got charged the full price of the water pump install when you were already there I was disappointed. Then you’re service tech also changed two other belts that were changed two weeks prior to your service. More
