The first service gentleman did not know his job. Either he lied to me or the mechanic lied to him. My moon roof would not close when I turned the car off. I was in tears when I got home. My husband called and they offered to put a piece of plastic over it. My husband got in touch with Al. We had to take it right back. Not a short tripI live in New Lenox. However Al took care of everything . Offered me a loner car which I refused. Two days later the car was repaired and returned to me. My sales experience was great, but so far the service after the sale is subpar. More

The most highly unprofessional dealer I have ever been to. It is nearly impossible to make an appointment with the service department because nobody will answer your phone call. One I do manage to get through and the dealer performed a service, they broke a plastic pice, glued it back on, and when it eventually fell off they didn't even want to hear it because "we don't do that". Their method is: if we can fix it until you get home, we've done our job and you're out of luck. More
