I was told my car had been towed from the dealership the day before. I panicked that my car has been stolen again. I called multiple times trying to talk to someone and left a voicemail. in the end, I got a day before. I panicked that my car has been stolen again. I called multiple times trying to talk to someone and left a voicemail. in the end, I got a text message saying “sorry for the confusion.” A situation like that should’ve had the manager calling to be very apologetic. Honestly, we have had some disagreements with the service center that were mainly related to delays regarding parts and contacting the right party for approval. However, the service staff (Tom, Colin, Mike) center that were mainly related to delays regarding parts and contacting the right party for approval. However, the service staff (Tom, Colin, Mike) definitely went aboveboard regarding addressing our concerns and ensuring our vehicle was properly repaired. Got oil change and a wheel rotation. Everything was done fast took less than a hour. My only complaint is that who ever was the porter that parked the car out front did not return the se Everything was done fast took less than a hour.
