I was left for 2 hours in the waiting room and they said it's my fault because I didn't check on my car when I returned from breakfast. They never told me car was completed. They took me for an oil change eventhough i didn't have an appointment. They told me I couldn't get tires rotated because I needed 3 new tires. They fix lock on trunk for recall. However my inportant product improvement campaign from the manufacturer was not done...it states hyundai will at no cost perform a software update and provide extended warranty for 10 years or 120,000 miles I have a lifetime warranty already. I didn't receive Knock Sensor Detection System. I am not happy with my visit this time. My service person was Bryan. More
