I am very dissatisfied with the service. When you are trying to sell a car, you’re in the customer service business; however, when your services the car, good customer service is no longer r When you are trying to sell a car, you’re in the customer service business; however, when your services the car, good customer service is no longer required. I brought my car in for service twice for something other than an oil change, and both times, there was not an option for a loaner vehicle. I’ve just been told that loaners are for overnight which is not what the salesperson said when selling me the car (and I specifically asked). This last time, my car was returned to me with a dirty boot print on my driver’s side floor matt, a dirt streak on my back seat, spots EVERYWHERE after they washed it without drying it (could barely see out of the side mirrors), and my passenger side mirror folded in. There are so many issues I could list here but I would rather write the General Manager of Family Hyundai and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Hyundai Group. More

I didn't find the staff very friendly. water unavailable unless you were able to hunt down a salesman. I bought a new car and had no washer fluid in it, I have not checked to see if it was filled it this time. I despise my local Hyundai dealer which is Webb Hyundai so I drive 40 minutes out of my way to your Hyundai, which is where I purchased my car. I'm not quite sure if that drive was worth my while. I had asked for a car to do my errands and or to be dropped off, neither were available. I had requested this when I booked the appointment and I told that it was not a problem. I was able to get water from Austin, a salesman, he was very nice. More
