The work was completed in a timely manner and was done well. Colin was very helpful. The only thing I would criticize is that both my husband and I had tried to call and schedule an appointment. We never got connected with the service department or received a call back despite leaving messages. I finally actually stopped in and scheduled the appointment in person.
