I came in for a tire service and it was half done, very poor service. I dropped my vehicle off around 1:00 pm because I had one flat tire and low tire pressure in another, so I came back in 4 hours because poor service. After calling the service department several times and not getting answer and for me having to call the sales department to transfer me to the service department to finally get a answer to make sure that car was good to go. When I arrived to the dealership I went in to pick my my keys I noticed the same tires that had a flat was looking very low. As I was looking at the tire I noticed it was leaking air so I went ahead and check the other tires and the tire that had low tire pressure it had a nail inside. So I went inside and waited about 15 until I was able to speak with the lady who took my information when I first come to drop my car off. Once I was able to speak with somebody about the issue I was instructed to pull the car back into service and I was told that they were able to fix the tire that flat because the tire had a nail inside and that the other tires were fine. After I showed them that the tire was leaking air and the tire had a nail in it, I was told that because they close in 5 minutes that all they can do is put my spare tire back on and order the tire that I need for my vehicle. When I purchased the Tired Protection plan for my vehicle I would be able to utilize my protection plan as needed, is not the first time I had a issue with trying to utilize my protection plan. I was recommended to the this dealership by loyalty customers and employees and I not happy with the service that I am receiving. If I would have taken the employees word on my vehicle being good to drive I would have been stuck on the side of the road, All because of not completing the job properly. More
