Honestly, we have had some disagreements with the service center that were mainly related to delays regarding parts and contacting the right party for approval. However, the service staff (Tom, Colin, Mike) center that were mainly related to delays regarding parts and contacting the right party for approval. However, the service staff (Tom, Colin, Mike) definitely went aboveboard regarding addressing our concerns and ensuring our vehicle was properly repaired. I would recommend this facility for vehicle maintenance. More
I was told my car had been towed from the dealership the day before. I panicked that my car has been stolen again. I called multiple times trying to talk to someone and left a voicemail. in the end, I got a day before. I panicked that my car has been stolen again. I called multiple times trying to talk to someone and left a voicemail. in the end, I got a text message saying “sorry for the confusion.” A situation like that should’ve had the manager calling to be very apologetic. I have less than positive interactions with his dealership over the years and will likely not be returning. More
