This dealership was terrible. My car sat there for 1 week and they stated they couldn't duplicate or diagnose the issue. My car lights come on every day, all day by themselves a l My car sat there for 1 week and they stated they couldn't duplicate or diagnose the issue. My car lights come on every day, all day by themselves a least 4 times a day. The lights were draining my battery. The advisor I was working with tried to act like I was crazy. So I took my car to Happy Hyundai and they diagnosed and duplicated the problem in 1 hour. They were able to order the part and when part came in my car was fixed within 2 hours. How were they able to fix the issue but Family Hyundai couldn't. I even purchased my vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. I will never purchase or get service at this dealership ever again. I will never recommend this dealership. The service was terrible. More
