Great service by the Service Advisor. The only issues I have was problems with the radio volume going out when I tried to call out. The major issue and the reason for the low marks was the right rear tire lug nuts were not tighten finding one on the ground of my driveway. I checked the remaining nuts and found another one loose. Luckily this occurred at my residence and not while driving on the highway back home. I immediately contacted the Service Advisor, I have a return visit to the service center Mar 21, 2023. More

My only problem is how difficult is to make appointments, it takes several days to be able to come for service. It took 3 days for the warranty company to be contacted about the car’s issue then it took another week for the adjuster to come see the car. I asked for a loaner for 11 days and was told there were none. about the car’s issue then it took another week for the adjuster to come see the car.
