Ricky thoroughly went through vehicle information and patiently waited for me to decide. He then worked even harder to get me the best price possible! Ricky was there from start to finish, offered his honest opinions throughout the process, and made sure my 2021 Palisade was programmed with my personal preferences before I drove it home. I was very unpleased with the service on 1-27-21. My concerns were 1) the car is not pairing with my cellphone contacts. I was working well for several months. 2) the remote starter when activated works concerns were 1) the car is not pairing with my cellphone contacts. I was working well for several months. 2) the remote starter when activated works but when I drive off the car died out. I am still waiting to get a appointment to have the remote starter checked out. I have called for 2 days and still no appointment or follow up get has been made. Matt told me he would take care of the matter and have someone call to make another appointment to have the remote starter checked. The cellphone contacts pairing with car, has still not been resolved and still exist. Therefore, none of my service issues were resolved on 1/27/21. More
