Awful! I had a few issues with my new Santa Fe. The service department responded to me in the invoice in a very condescending manner. I wrote a letter of complaint and delivered it to consumer servic service department responded to me in the invoice in a very condescending manner. I wrote a letter of complaint and delivered it to consumer services. He passed it off to the manager of the service department. NOBODY called me! I then spoke with my sales person also giving him a copy of the letter. He said he’d take care of it. Still, nobody called me. After three or four weeks without a phone call, I finally went in to see the manager of the service department. He told me he’d given the letter to my sales person so he could handle it. (Funny thing is, my sales person supposedly knew nothing about it.) The service manager listened to my issues only when he stopped talking long enough for me to speak. He explained some things saying that’s just the way it is. You can not lift the wiper blades off the windshield high enough to clean under them. I can’t imagine how difficult it will be to replace them. Hyundai makes it that way he tells me. So go ahead and purchase your car here. And while they’re selling you the car they are extremely attentive. If you have issues and need to speak to someone, don’t expect any help. Chris Smith More

One of the better car buying experiences I’ve had. No high pressure sales and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Adam was great to work with and it was well worth the 2 hour drive.
