The customer service was good, I wasn’t offered a loaner. I had to pay for a rental Car of which I was told my car would be fixed in one day and it wasn’t. I was also given one price and then they tried char I had to pay for a rental Car of which I was told my car would be fixed in one day and it wasn’t.
