I was pleasantly greeted by a young salesperson, who clearly needed help. Every question I asked he had to go ask someone behind a desk centrally located. The experienced staff or person never came over and introduced themself. When we got to the final paperwork there were a few discrepancy and no manger ever came to help. The finance lady was very kind and apologetic but this was a miscommunication between salesperson, his support, and us the customers. No resolution was offered. I almost walked but knowing how hard it is to find the vehicle I have been looking for...I signed the paperwork and removed all add on and extras as I will not be taking my vehicle back to a place where a manager can not take 1 minute to thank you or address your concerns. I own 4 Hyundai Vehicles...and this dealership will not be one I recommend to anyone buying or needing service. More
