Excellent service and outstanding service department!! I had an issue with the brakes and Tom Salin told me to bing the car the next day. I needed brakes and rotors. Who delivers a car (even if used) dirty? I was told my vehicle would be detailed. Left overnight and picked up a filthy vehicle. Hubby detailed it in their parking lot. I would have been extremely embarrassed if my customers were detailing their own vehicle after they left it overnight for it to be detailed. Vehicle was delivered with a half tank of gas. I was so disappointed that our salesman was so nonchalant about the situation I told my husband I was ready to go! If I hadn't already purchased the vehicle I would have gone to another dealership. I don't understand the disconnect of customer service and follow up on the process. In my opinion my salesman should have immediately escalated the situation to management to get it taken care of and made right. Because his lack of knowledge on how to handle customer escalation I decided to reach out via text to the person who I had been in contact with from internet sales. They offered for me to come back to make it right, but 1 I don't live close so that's inconvenient and 2 it should have been right the first time. I spent the $$ out my own pocket to pay for my vehicle to get detailed and decided I would not go back nor recommend anyone to the dealer. I hope this situation is eye opening to them and they actually follow up with those who are paid to complete specific jobs/process! More
