Took vehicle into dealership for maintenance and check air conditioner on 6/7/21. Air conditioner needed a part that was ordered and paid for the same day. To which I responded had I been informed then I would not be calling nor disappointed. Mike arranged for me an appointment the following day. upon arrival Mike apologized for the delay and lack of communication and discounted my charge by half. More

Family Hyundai was very busy on the Tuesday after the Fourth of July holiday, and the wait for an oil change was longer than normal. The service rep was very very friendly (Brian)…he gets a 5 star rating hands down. The mechanics in the garage? I guess they only interact with cars, because I didn’t even get as much as a wave while I st 5 star rating hands down. The mechanics in the garage? The guy at the computer gets a pass because he was working with a customer that was giving him her life’s story. But even he didn’t acknowledge me …..so I decided to just sit in my car. Great service always satisfied they always treat you with respect. If you think you may have a problem with your car I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. I enjoy working with Colin and Tom ( Service Advisors ) either on the phone or in person as they each take an interest in me and my car's needs. They thoroughly explain the service to be done and expected either on the phone or in person as they each take an interest in me and my car's needs. The price was great but I think that was due to the fact that it had a dent, which I knew about, and Inside the car had that cigarette smell. So I am a little disappointed and tired that I have to keep looking for someone to help me out. More
