Not happy at all with the service I received this time; they need some improvement. The thing I found most disappointing is that I’ve had to leave my car 2 out of 3 times for service and I was NEVER offer they need some improvement. The thing I found most disappointing is that I’ve had to leave my car 2 out of 3 times for service and I was NEVER offered a loaner vehicle to get home and I live in Chicago, nor was I offered a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work and to me that should be standard operating procedures. What I was exposed to while taking the El with the CTA was very very dangerous and taking an Uber got to be too expensive. When I spoke to one of my coworkers about this issue, he informed me that he always gets a loaner, no matter what dealership he goes to if he had to leave his car; he also stated that he had NEVER asked for a loaner it’s automatically given to him if they keep his car. He was very surprised to hear that not only I but my son and my daughter are NEVER OFFERED A LOANER. I told them that there is a reason for this, that there is an underlining DOUBLE STANDARD because he’s WHITE and we are BLACK. I’ve bought to vehicles with Hyundai and should be awarded the same courtesy given others to get a loaner with my is kept for almost a week. The dealership needs to do a better job at addressing this issue in my honest opinion….! More

My 7500 mile warranty check up went quite well, the rep was excellent. However, less than 3 days after this service with nearly no miles driven the vehicle would not start. The ignition button activated, b was excellent. However, less than 3 days after this service with nearly no miles driven the vehicle would not start. The ignition button activated, but then nothing except a message that there was a problem with the starting system… which was obvious since the car had not started, would not go into a drive gear and the steering wheel power assist did not come on. Whether something bad happened at the service center or not I can not say, but the situation was “suggestive”. Then they could not get me in for service for at least 2 weeks, so I chose to have my vehicle with less than 8000 miles towed to a dealership closer to my home. They, too, were busy and have not provided me with an update on when/if it has even been evaluated yet. They did give me a loaner, as the problem is quite likely under warranty service. More
