Normally I’m in and out for oil change with an hour or so. This time it was almost 2 hours and the guy who checked me in was hard to find. We had unfortunately came in to purchase our car when there was a shortage of staff due. They were down to one finance person and the wait was about 4 hours. The finance guy (Maverick) was working and exhaustion levels. It was obvious he was working as fast as he could. He stayed professional and polite the entire time. He made a frustrating situation more tolerable. Making our third car purchase from this dealer a positive experience despite the unusual circumstances. More

When I'm in the market for another new vehicle I will definitely contact Mark, as well as giving my friends his name. Now the finance person Maverick, who we dealt with was a different situation, he had errors on the contract, appeared that he didn't fully understand the deal, overcharged on transfer of plates (new vs. transfer of existing), pushy on warranty options, didn't explain clearly price was included into vehicle payment. Was told to move on several times and would come back again and again. When the customer say's no a number of times he should move on to finalize the terms of the agreement. Would not deal with him again. More
The service provider did not demonstrate good customer service skills in maintaining updates with my vehicle. He was not attentive, he interrupts when speaking with him, and is not thorough in his communi service skills in maintaining updates with my vehicle. I have been forced to bring my vehicle in multiple times due to the service/work not being thorough. My vehicle is still having problems and I now have to take it again for the 4th time in one month. The manager on duty was extremely rude when a call was made to inform them of this. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend. More
