We first met TJ during the COVID-19 pandemic when our car was stolen, and the motor failed. It was a difficult year for our family, especially since we have a son with disabilities, and a car is essential for his care. TJ went above and beyond to secure us a car while we waited for a new motor from Hyundai, despite the long delays caused by the pandemic. Throughout this process, TJ was considerate, caring, and attentive. After the motor was finally replaced, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. TJ initially changed the hose, but the air leaked again. Due to COVID-19, we couldn't return immediately to address the issue. Recently, with the unbearable heat wave, our son's discomfort became a pressing concern. I called TJ, and despite being busy with many other cars, he took the time to call me back a few days later and promptly got our car in to check for leaks with dye. TJ's timely assistance and dedication came at the perfect time, making a huge difference for our family during this extreme heat. We can't thank him enough for being such a caring and respectful person. He truly embodies excellent customer service, and we're grateful for his unwavering support. More
