Jerry was so incredibly nice and informative on how the whole process would go. I had good interactions with all the staff members that I came in contact with, customer service was amazing. Hello, I've been attending for years, but the service was not great this time. I requested a car wash after the service. This is a standard service when weather allows and I did not receive one, although was not great this time. I requested a car wash after the service. This is a standard service when weather allows and I did not receive one, although other cars did on the same day. Also, there was dirt and oil spots on my front seats. Normally, they put paper down to avoid this. But it did not occur. I was very disappointed, because this was not the high level of service that I am accustomed to, from this location. I will still recommend them, but I wanted to notate the subpar service on this visit. More
