Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.
Your sales experience here will be different than anything else you will experience at another dealership. Our salespeople know their product and have all been with us for several years. They are all professionals who treat their customers with respect. You won't have to speak with three different sales managers trying to close the sale on the first day you visit the dealership. Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Great service and people who care I took my car in for repair recently and had a wonderful experience with Falmouth Toyota! Everyone was very prompt and courteous and the work was done to my satisfaction. The service rep we dealt with, Taylor, was awesome! He even went as far as to check through all the rental cars for us a week later for something we thought we might have left in the one we had. This is a dealership that truly values its customers. I have had the pleasure of doing business with this dealership for many years - purchasing two new, and one used car, as well as assisting an elderly family member with her purchase and service. The Murphy family knows how to run a successful business, hiring top rate employees and treating staff and customers like family. Other businesses could learn a great deal from them! I have found staff to be knowledgeable, courteous and truly caring about their customers. Given experience with other dealerships (prior to my first purchase with Falmouth Toyota) I have learned what makes this dealership #1...consistent quality, fair pricing and quality service. Exceptional Service While traveling from CT to Cape Cod an oil line in my Highlander burst and I had to be towed to Falmouth Toyota. I called first to see if they could t While traveling from CT to Cape Cod an oil line in my Highlander burst and I had to be towed to Falmouth Toyota. I called first to see if they could take my vehicle in and the service manager was so kind and courteous . He told me not to worry and they would work on my car as soon as they could. Within 24 hours, they had ordered the parts, replaced the oil line and washed my Highlander 4 times to get the oil off. They continuously called me to keep me updated and I felt like I was treated like one of their own . Everyone was so professional and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. For the first time I felt like I was actually charged a fair amount as well. I would gladly drive to Falmouth Toyota for my regular services. More

Excellent service I recently need new brakes on my 2007 Camry. I went to a local place that does brakes and was unhappy with both the extent of the brake damage they told me that I had and the huge amount that it would cost to fix it. I went home and called the service department at Falmouth Toyota for a phone consultation. The person I spoke to was so fair and reasonable that I trusted him immediately. I took my car there and was extremely pleased by the kindness and professionalism that the service dept. demonstrated. My car is is good shape now, they checked everything including the oil,. I highly recommend them. PS It cost less than half the estimate from the other place I went to! More

Dangerous dashboard warning light I noticed that my dashboard brake warning light was on for one day. I drove in to falmouth Toyota service department without an appointment. Tony t I noticed that my dashboard brake warning light was on for one day. I drove in to falmouth Toyota service department without an appointment. Tony the Service Manager took my car right away for diagnostic evaluation and discovered that there was a very small leak in the brake caliper area. Within one half hour and I was on my way. I feel very safe to have my car serviced by these folks. They pay attention! More
