Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.
Your sales experience here will be different than anything else you will experience at another dealership. Our salespeople know their product and have all been with us for several years. Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Excellent I purchased my Toyota Camry from Falmouth Toyota and have had all servicing, inspections, etc. performed by them. Not anymore: newly renovated, a simple drive in, met at the door by a service advisor, whisked through check in, a very nicely appointed waiting room with refreshments and wide screen TV. Friendly, excellent service as always. Brought my 4Runner in for new tires and rear brakes ( Cape Cod does a number on brakes) and was surprised to see the new building that lets you drop o Brought my 4Runner in for new tires and rear brakes ( Cape Cod does a number on brakes) and was surprised to see the new building that lets you drop off and pick up the car without being outside. scheduled appointment I brought my 2014 Tacoma for what I thought was a scheduled service on Monday 10/19. but I had the date wrong it was for the 26th. I was helped by Taylor Voner who seeing how I was already there at 8:00 AM printed out some paper work and informed that they would service my truck anyway. Taylor told me he would call when ready. I said great and went off to work.. well Taylor called at 9:30 informing me that my truck was ready.very impressive seeing how busy the new service department was that morning. thanks to all the hard working people at Falmouth Toyota... Door to Door Service I had to bring my car from Martha's Vineyard on a ferry for a repair and Falmouth Toyota made the whole operation so easy. Their free shuttle service I had to bring my car from Martha's Vineyard on a ferry for a repair and Falmouth Toyota made the whole operation so easy. Their free shuttle service to and from the ferry terminal is top notch. I needed the car back pronto and the service department got it back to me sooner than promised!
