Last minute service need I had a problem with tire pressure on my Prius, on a Friday, and called in to the service group and they were able to accommodate me that afternoon. I pulled in and the tire was fixed within a half hour. The new service bays are great and very convenient. Taylor is always helpful and courteous and so glad that he was able to fit me in so resolve my tire issue in a prompt and cost effective way. More

excellent in all departments I called right around lunch time on Saturday with a problem with my truck. Excited to use Falmouth Toyota now I just relocated to Falmouth and had to get 4 new tires on my Prius. They actually had me purchase my tires when there was a special deal (buy 3 and get 1 free). Then the day I left my car, I barley made it back to work when they called and said it was ready. This was hours ahead of schedule! And the man who picked me up was kind and professional. We are excited to be working with Falmouth Toyota now. We used to be at Westbough Toyota for 30 years and LOVE them as well but guess we are in VERY good hands now too. I bought it at Premier Toyota of Newport, RI. Since then switching to new management, my experience there was a little less than desirable. But knowing that Falmouth is here to service my needs. I will continue to use there services now and for the future. It's funny, they even comp'd me because of my unfortunate long wait. This team is on point, and know there cars.
