Emergency repair that surpasses expectations We were scheduled to leave for a trip to Chicago near the end of June. Of course as luck would have it the check engine light came on in our older mo We were scheduled to leave for a trip to Chicago near the end of June. Of course as luck would have it the check engine light came on in our older model Toyota Sienna on the morning of the day we were planning to leave. My schedule was very tight that day given that we were picking up my daughter from a summer camp that morning in Milton, MA. My immediate thought and fear was that we would have to postpone our road trip. I called Jared Neves at Falmouth Toyota to discuss my situation. Jared and I have worked together before and I have always found him to be extremely professional and experienced when it comes to servicing our vehicles. At first he suggested I drop by so that he could give it a quick code read to determine the issue. I explained to him that it was easier said then done because I was over an hour away. So he suggested I go to a nearby auto supply store that could provide a code reading for my check engine light. We were hopeful that it might be something easy to fix like tightening the gas cap. However, after calling him with the code he indicated that it was not going to be an easy fix. Basically there was a knock sensor sensor that was indicating a high output which was not good for the vehicle, especially one that was going to be used for a 2,000 mile trip. Knowing my desire to leave that evening for Chicago he suggested that if I was able to get the vehicle to him by early afternoon that he would get me back on the road by closing time. Jared was good to his word and I was back on the road by 6 PM. I did have to wait a few hours for the repairs because the mechanic discovered that the issue was being caused by a coolant leak from a bypass plate which also needed repairing in addition to the knock control sensor. However, during that time Jared kept me updated through the whole process and even offered me a loaner vehicle so that I could run out and do some errands with my daughter. Jared, the mechanic that serviced our van, Maureen at the loaner desk and the entire Falmouth Toyota team surpassed my expectations that day. They made me feel welcome and appreciated when they could have easily told me they were too busy to schedule us so late in the day. My family and I greatly appreciate all that the entire Falmouth Toyota Family does for us every time we work with them. More

Service Department is like taking your vehicle to a five star hotel for cars! Very courteous and took time to break things down so I could understand the answers to all my questions. More

I bought my son's 2005 Avalon in for Brakes and a few other minor things all of which were fixed without an issue. They are truly customer focus once you drop off the car it's all about service . I am very pleased with the car to date but I wanted remote start and a tr .About a month ago I purchased a used 2015 Highlander from Falmouth Toyota. I am very pleased with the car to date but I wanted remote start and a trailer harness installed (since there was none with the hitch). Having that work done could not have been done in a much smoother manner. They did have and issue with programming the remote , which happens from time to time, but they let me keep the "courtesy" loaner for the duration of the time it took. Their service people a second to none and the ease of dropping off and picking up couldn't be any better. Tip-of-the-hat to Falmouth Toyota. More
