Service Department Issues Brought the Highlander in for oil change two weeks ago. I had an appointment....took over 1-1/2 hrs for just an oil change. I'm old school so check the oil level every couple weeks or so. Checked oil today and was down just a smidge went to top off and the filler cap was never tightened down. It was just resting in place on top of the valve cover ! Also found a black plastic splash shield under the car by front bumper hanging down not put back up correctly, Another visit in for oil change and bulb light out....oil change done 1.5 hrs later, left greasy hand palm prints on driver's side car door. Pulled away, stopped outside of their sallyport and checked to make sure buld was replaced. It wasnt...pulled right back into the sallyport had to wait another 1.5 hrs for bulb replacement. Another visit, in for oil change, and asked to top off tire pressures. Left 1.25hrs later and pulled out down the road, once at highway speed - BAM ! Hood came up slamming up three inches to last locking position ! Unnerving....pulled over, closed the hood properly and drove home. Checked tire pressure computer and they never topped off the air in the tires. Arrived home, popped the hood, checked to make sure oil change done properly and discovered a totally empty coolant overflow tank, windshield washer tank not topped off, greasy palm prints on drivers side door again. Recently had a code on dash computer screen stating to "Find a Dealership" Tire pressure system failure. Stopped in at 8am, no appointment as it appeared to be an emergency. Was told it would be a few hours. I said, well I have time to wait 2 hrs to replace tire sensor in the spare no problem. He then said again, well it could be a few hours, So I asked, what are you saying 3 or more hours ? He said, no telling what 9am will bring us ". Seriously ?!?! I'm there now and need help....Maybe the service advisor brings in a "magic 8 ball" to work for decision making. Incredible....That is and will be the last time I ever go here....Whats hard to understand is how such a "Google 5-Star Dealership" can actually have 5 stars....Well that's easy, between faking reviews and paying a company to make positive reviews for them, it's totally achievable....Judging from what I have read and researching those accounts, 70% of their reviews and accounts which authored by them/appear to be fake .....Sad. More
I've been dealing with Falmouth Toyota for past 3 years after I leased a Rav4 Hybrid. Service has been done as scheduled while I waited in a pleasant area while work being done. When I had questions they were answered with clear descriptions and suggestions as appropriate. When the lease time was running out, Jesse Abruzzi and staff worked with me on several options I had and finally were able to find a new 2019 RAV4 Hybrid that met my needs needs even though it would not arrive before my curren lease was up. Bad service dept They said need to drain ac hose. Well they drained right onto the carpet. Was told $220 to dry out the carpet they soaked. Then was told o2 sensor w They said need to drain ac hose. I dried out the carpet myself and ow and behold the OS sensor was fine they would gav charged over $500 For their mistake More

Today I worked with Jared Neves and he was excellent; thorough, patient and no ego. The team did a great job servicing the car and the pricing was spot on. They don’t overcharge their customers for service because they want to build a relationship so you come in and buy and service cars. Also they have great retention with their staff. Their set up is remarkable because you just drive in. The garage doors are automatic and superfast and immediately you are greeted. They have several waiting room areas so you can work quietly relax or enjoy TV. The Caliber of the experience at this dealership actually even exceeds what I’ve experienced in the cities. More

HE KNEW I WANTED TO KEEP CAR AS I STILL LOVE IT . HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE - WHICH I FELL OVER -- BUT SAID TO THINK ABOUT IT.. WE DID AND A FEW DAYS LATER CALLED AND SET AN APPOINTMENT. NOT ONLY WAS THE SERVICE QUICKER THEN USUAL IT WAS ALSO CHEAPER THEN THE QUOTE. VERY PLEASED. More
