I purchased my 09 Corolla new from Falmouth Toyota three years ago. My job requires me to drive everyday, most of the time putting upwards of 1,000 miles a week in. Knowing fairwell I would be abusing my car in terms of mileage, I knew that it was so important to stay up on my recommended scheduled services to keep my car running in tip-top shape. For the past three years I have been coming to Falmouth Toyota for my services and I have never had a bad experience. Specifically, I have been working with Jared Neves, he is a knowledgable, kind, accomodating, individual who takes the time to talk with me about my car. More so, I trust what he is telling me when it comes to my vehicle. The records kept at Falmouth Toyota are impeccable, it is one less thing I need to think about when I call up for an appointment. Being in the customer service industry myself, I know how challenging it can be to work with the public at times. This isn't just good customer service, this kind of service is rare in today's society. The gentlemen in the service department are top notch and it is the number one reason why I will continue to purchase my vehicles as well as make recommendations to others for Falmouth Toyota. More
I'm also using this dealer to buy a used car now and am very happy with their service and knowledge, but my favorite story is when I brought my car in for a 2nd opinion. I was given an estimate of over $2000 to fix something in the front end of my Camry. I drove it up to make an appointment, Tony listened to my complaint, rolled up his white sleeves, got under the car, fiddled with something and told me I was all set. He charged me nothing and completely solved the problem! The service department has always been very helpful and efficient and willing to advise me toward other ways to get a job done, when I couldn't afford the Toyota parts. Everyone I know really likes this dealership. More
Falmouth Toyota has the best service department I have ever used. They are friendly, accomodating, reasonably priced, will actually tell you if what you wanted isn't really necessary (I asked for 4 new t ever used. I enjoy waiting in their waiting area. They have muffins, coffee and wi-fi. I would recommend them very highly. More
