Honest, accommodating service Unexpectedly my almost nine year old Prius didn't start one morning. Unexpected because this is the first time anything like this happened. They thought it might be the 12 volt battery and suggested I called AAA. I did. Once they gave me a jump start I drove straight to Falmouth Toyota. I obviously didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. I did need the battery replaced and I made it to work a short time later. This is consistent with all of my previous experiences. Very accommodating and always honest. More

I called my favorite Service Rep., Taylor Vonner, and he assisted me in getting my Sienna to a Toyota Dealership, 100 miles away, and then took the time to call them advising them of our situation and the help we needed. They were able to eventually get us back on the road so that we could get safely home. I then brought the Sienna into Taylor at Falmouth Toyota and the problem was finally taken care of. I have to say that Taylor is a very honest and knowledgeable Service rep and he is the only one that I trust on the care and repairs of my two Toyotas. Fred Klein More

Taylor Voner is the best person to deal with for my car. Taylor knows that I am clueless about cars and what needs to be done. When I ask him a question about whether I need to have a repair done and whether it is a safety concern, he will always give me a straight answer. I have had Taylor investigate funny noises in my car and he never, ever just fluffs the question off. The other wonderful thing about Falmouth Toyota is that they don't ask me to remember the mileage when I drop off the car. They do that for me. It is just a little bit of customer service that makes my day. I have recommended Falmouth Toyota to several people. The other person who is wonderful is Julie at the cashier's desk. Julie always has a smile and knows her job. She and I have a connection with the Falmouth music program and it makes for a nice update to hear how her child is progressing within the music program.
