Falmouth Toyota - Service Center

I primary reason for coming in was to have an oil change. However the service tech noticed that the frame rails on my truck were rotted through. I'm quite puzzled since this problem has never been brought to my attention. My 2010 truck has not been to any other dealer or shop. I have always brought my truck to Falmouth Toyota where I feel that my vehicle was always being inspected when it was on the lift. After learning of the problem I quickly went over to Ken Collings whom I have worked with before. We secured the Tacoma that was available and with the assistance of Jared in the finance departmentI drove home that truck that very day.I am very pleased with the way the day worked out and the truck I purchased. I worked with Amy and Justin they both were very nice. Did there best to get my Tundra ordered and delivered. It took several months because of parts and labor issues.
