I bought it at Premier Toyota of Newport, RI. Since then switching to new management, my experience there was a little less than desirable. But knowing that Falmouth is here to service my needs. I will continue to use there services now and for the future. It's funny, they even comp'd me because of my unfortunate long wait. This team is on point, and know there cars. Hard to find that these days. Stop in and you decide? You won't be disappointed. More

They have not, at least in my case, suggested unnecessary service, which inspires confidence. The new service facility is excellently planned, The covered drive in drop off for service is wonderful. Only recommendation I can make for the future is to figure out a way to make the waiting area less noisy. Sounds are sharp and carry. Perhaps sound absorbing ceiling tiles and carpeting would make a world of difference. More

It's a 'breeze' to come to Falmouth Toyota I bought a car from Falmouth Toyota in March and just had my first free maintenance experience. Lots of open seating and tables, a more private area and a cute separated kids area with books and a chalkboard. I was greeted with a smile at the new drive in service area. Jared, as always was kind and helpful. I went there for my 60,000 check up and also had to get new tires, back brakes and an inspection. I had my 6 year old son with me who love the kids area with the books and someone walking by noticed him and gave him a package with a coloring book, crayons and a color your own puzzle that he loved and kept him entertained!
