The most amazing thing was the person who opened my door greeted me by my name! How did they do that? Anyway, it was very nice compared to today's culture of low price and no service.... Not here... Five Star Service Immaculate new facility! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and felt like I was at a five star hotel. Drove right into the garage (avoiding the Immaculate new facility! Drove right into the garage (avoiding the rain), where the valet (service) welcomed me by name, opened my door, and took my keys. Next I stepped up to the reception desk and the concierge (service manager) greeted me. After confirming my reservation, I was escorted into a beautiful, spacious lobby where I relaxed while waiting for my vehicle. It was a quick wait--my vehicle was serviced within a half hour (as promised) and I was on my way—as a truly satisfied customer. The newly renovated dealership is extremely nice and I was quite comfortable while I waited for my car. I actually found myself wishing that they had taken a bit longer so I could finish the magazine article I had started before returning to work. When my Corolla needs to be replaced, I'll definitely be going to Falmouth Toyota but they probably won't see me soon as my 2006 Corolla has "only" 80,000 miles and a lot of life left. Great dealership and great brand! More
