Of course, driving a Toyota is the best decision you can make, but this dealership is different from any other I have ever been in. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Their service people are excellent and accomodating. They are honest and supportive when it comes to making decisions about your vehicle. We have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many years. There is another dealership that is much closer to our home, but we have chosen to drive all the way to Falmouth because of the experience we have each time we are there. Taylor in the service department and Tony Martino are really nice human beings who care about their customers. They help in whatever way they can. We recently had the pleasure of working with Ken Collings who sold us our Sequoia. Ken is a fantastic salesman who listens to his customers and supports them in whatever way he can. He has a great sense of humor, loves what he does, and genuinely cares about your experience at the dealership. He was very accomodating to our needs and took the time to explain the different features on our vehicle. The neat thing is that he said to call him whenever we have a question and/or concern. I have had to call him a couple of times when I had questions about the car or insurance, and he was not only helpful, but he wanted me to know if anything comes up in the future, he is there. Even the financial person we worked with to get our car loan was a pleasure and he was genuinely excited for us. In my opinion, it really doesn't get any better than Falmouth Toyota. Matt Murphy genuinely is passionate about his work and is incredibly friendly and accomodating. He also strives to give the customers the best deal he can and for them to have a positive experience. I drove it up to make an appointment, Tony listened to my complaint, rolled up his white sleeves, got under the car, fiddled with something and told me I was all set. He charged me nothing and completely solved the problem! The service department has always been very helpful and efficient and willing to advise me toward other ways to get a job done, when I couldn't afford the Toyota parts. Both Jim Renehan and Jack Moloney assisted me in buying the first decent vehicle I ever own. When I reached the dealership the next day the truck was out front waiting for me. I was greeted with a welcome from Jack (literally) and I was peeling out of the parking lot (not literally) on a test drive within 10 minutes. He answered all questions I asked and offered great counsel when it was clear I was too nervous to make a decision on the spot. Once I decided to go ahead and buy the truck the process was smooth and easy. Jim educated me on the process of car loans and answered every question I asked, including the stupid ones, with confidence and great knowledge of his craft. My experience at Falmouth Toyota was a great one and I would sincerely recommend it for anyone interested buying a new vehicle from people who do what they say that they will do, exactly when they say that they will do it. He found the exact car I wanted, offered the best price on the Cape, and made closing the deal absolutely painless. He explained every detail in a language that made it easy to understand, wasn't in a rush, and called me at home today to make sure the car was OK and that I was happy. The finance person (sorry, can't remember her name) was great, too. I'll tell 'ya...he and Falmouth Toyota are tops in my book.
