I am so thankful that Jay Ely was the sales person that I dealt with. I’m sure all of them were great, but my experience working with him was fantastic. He is a very kind person and that’s the type of people that I like to deal with. He has stayed in contact with me even after the sale of her car And I appreciate that so much. I purchased my Outback Wilderness before I moved to SC. I travel a lot for work and found myself away from my home dealership with an overdue tune up. Jamie in the service department was able to find a spot in my crazy schedule for the 60K mile overhaul. I also had an issue with the window switches, which was remedied quickly. They also offered a loaner vehicle! The only thing that bothered me was they didn't seem to understand what I was asking for, winterizing maintenance. Then I realized they probably aren't used to the conditions I have up north. It was an usual request for them. More
