Strange visit today, oddly different than the dozens of previous visits. As in the past, pleasant, efficient, courteous, thorough. I pondered, have they lost a teammate; is there a dreadful change in upper management; is there something at the corporate level? Or maybe it's just covid and election fatigue. Any of the above are completely understandable. I write this only because my heart is burdened, wondering what might be affecting them so much. Or maybe it's me? Are they just tired of seeing me for the past 5+ years? More

Wow wow wow!! I was on a trip from MD to FL for the military when my oil light came on, and I called these guys immediately. I had my Outback in at 0800 and was good to go not even an hour later.
