Our first interaction with Toreno was by email in regards to purchasing a new Taurus 2013 and to be able to keep our payments around what we were currently paying. I thought it was going to be an impossible to purchasing a new Taurus 2013 and to be able to keep our payments around what we were currently paying. I thought it was going to be an impossible feat but Toreno was great in helping us make it work. My husband and I came in and sat down with Toreno in the internet sales department and looked for an available 2013 Taurus on all the other Ford lots since Fairway did not have the car on their lot that we wanted to purchase. Toreno searched on the computer and found a Taurus SEL in Van Nuys and said he could bring the car to Fairway. The car was brought to the dealership and was beautiful. We made the purchase through Toreno Winn and we thought he was great. He kept in touch with us over the weekend to keep us updated on the car and made the purchase go very smooth with all the paperwork. He was very understanding of our financial needs and fully explained everything. This was our first internet sales purchase and I would definately do it again. Thank you Fairway Ford for having sales people like Toreno who are very understanding & don't put pressure on their customers to buy a car that they don't want. This is my 4th car that I have boughten at Fairway Ford and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

He was professional, friendly, straight-forward & direct which was a welcome change from the frustration of hours of run-around I was experiencing from other Ford dealership salesmen. Within two phone calls & one hour, we had a verbal agreement. A set out-the-door price for a 2011 Ford Edge Sport. Because of a prior commitment, Mr. Rosco was not available the next day when I came in to complete my sale. His partner Todd Campbell was equally professional & demonstrated appreciable people skills under pressure in dealing with the difficulties of a short-staffed detail crew & construction all around their facility that slowed efficiency. I also want to say THANKS to "BUBBLES" Tintman Michael for not only doing a great job on tinting my windows but making room for me on his already over-flowing schedule. The GLUEMAN of my FAIRWAY FORD experience however was Doug Money. He was the most accessible, professional, friendly & productive employee there. Mr. Money followed thru on all his promises & his word was gold. I personally felt like Mr. Money had the entire dealership working to satisfy me-his #1 customer. As ridiculous as that sounds, that is how he treated me & my every request. Santa Margarita Ford is 3.1 miles away from my house. Tuttle Click Ford is 6.7 miles away. There are more than ten Ford dealerships closer to me than FAIRWAY FORD. However, because of the overall treatment of everyone I dealt with at FAIRWAY FORD, I AM NOW A MEMBER OF THE FAIRWAY FORD FAMILY. That means more than miles & convenience. My experience at Fairway Ford was awesome. I went in thinking that I was going to buy a used car when the Salesman Trent White, went through with me step by step what my options could be. No hassle, he worked with my budget, and I was able to get a brand new Ford. Process was descriptive, comfortable, and easy. No BS. They welcome their customers, offering food & drinks, and then do their absolute best to get you the car you need. Thanks Ford, and thanks Trent White! You guys are awesome! More
The service department cannot seem to get it right..I took my vehicle in 6 times for the same problem over a period of 2 1/2 months. The dealer kept saying it was one thing and would not listen to me (a took my vehicle in 6 times for the same problem over a period of 2 1/2 months. The dealer kept saying it was one thing and would not listen to me (a customer who knows nothing about cars, or at least that is the way they make you feel) as to my suggestions as to the problem. Well after having to spend $2500 at the recommendation of the service dept to fix the problem, it turned out to not fix the issues. When I kept bringing it back in and had a technician go for a ride with me, they started to listen... Gee, it turned out that I was right about the problem causes and could have been done with and out of their hair some time ago..Now the dealer will not reimburse me for the money I had to put out with the ineptitude of the service.
